BME Employees Attend HAZWOPPER Training
HAZWOPER training allows for work in hazardous areas.
The Navy new fuel pipeline project from NAS Whidbey Consolidated Fuel Facility to the Seaplane Base will pass through a Superfund site. The potential for hazardous materials on the site required Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) training. Two BME employees attended the 40-hour class at Krieg Construction. The certifications will allow those employees to work on this project and future projects with those requirements.
