With crews operating at more than four different military bases at the same time, the company could not survive without a team of leaders. These people were hand-picked to lead based on their merit, experience and work ethic. Don Howat, President of the company, has been working as an electrician since he was seventeen years old. Don’s son Nathan is the Vice President, the business is family-owned and run. The opportunity to lead jobs is given to all journeymen at some point, and not just a select few. This helps strengthen the team and helps employees understand the value of leadership, and supporting leaders.
